Real time track and trace

Vehicles are tracked using Blackhawk's advanced tracking logic that accurately displays the vehicle route down to less than 0.01% error margin and is updated automatically. You can display up to 3 months detailed trip history of any of your vehicles.
Alerts and notifications

You can set up Email, SMS or mobile push notifications on events like speeding, moving into a user defined Geofence or a vehicle being broken into. These can all be set up through the web interface by the user.
Simple web interface

Our web interface is very simple to use. You will receive a login information to your email. Just log in to the system and you are ready to monitor your fleet. Set-up is simple and can be done in minutes.

iPhone and Android apps

Our iPhone and Andriod apps for cell phones and tablets can be downloaded for free from the relevant mobile app stores. Just search for "Blackhawk". These make monitoring and tracking your fleet or staff convenient when you are out of the office.
Geofencing / site management

You can set up a site or "geofence" to monitor vehicle movements. These Geofence can be user defined or choose from one of our pre-defined regional areas. You can monitor the time the sales reps or support staff are on site and use it to bill your clients.
Multi-level user logins

Set up different level users and limit viewing or functionally to others. This can be useful when tracking different levels of management vehicles.

Trip History, Site History, Speed History and Usage history

Trip History

Generate a Report on where the vehicle has been and how it got there including:
- Time spent at an address
- Distance travelled getting to the address
- Top and average speeds travelling to and from an address
(All reports can be generated online, Excel or PDF for any given date range either manually or automatically)
Site History

Generate a report on sites (geofences) visted including:
- How many times a vehicle visited a site
- How long was the vehicle there for

Speed History

Generate a report based on the speeding history of a vehicle to get the behavior of a driver. This can decrease speeding and therefore fleet fuel consumption by at least 10%.

Usage history

Generate a report based on usage of a vehicle with respect to business hours and personal hours. You are able to maintain what these hours are in the administration set-up.

FBT reporting, RUC refund reporting and Setup Automatic reporting

FBT reporting

FBT (Fridge Benefit Tax) reporting is used to monitor your FBT costs. Whenever a vehicle isn't used for a full day it is counted as a non-used day for which you don't need to pay FBT.
RUC refund reporting

You can generate a RUC Refund report for your fleet to receive RUC refunds. Blackhawk even automatically fills in your RUC refund form for the IRD.
Set up Automatic reporting

To make things simple, Blackhawk have automatic reports that you can periodically send any of the reports to an email address. Minimizing the administration of your fleet.
